Hi, I'm Deborah

I'm a professional hypnotherapist with a specialist interest in women's health, and menopause is one of the areas I'm most passionate about, both because the need is so great and because hypnotherapy has strong evidence behind it for exactly the symptoms women struggle with most.

I created this collection of audio recordings because I wanted the work I do in the therapy room to reach further. Not every woman can access one-to-one hypnotherapy, but every woman deserves support that is genuinely clinical in quality, compassionate in tone, and grounded in real therapeutic expertise.
