I offer a no-pressure 30-minute Initial Consultation, by Phone or Zoom. During this consultation, you can ask questions, understand how hypnotherapy works, and see if I’m the right fit for you. In turn, I will use this time to understand your specific needs, which allows me to formulate a tailored treatment pathway for you.
