1. Free Discovery Phone call (15-20 minutes)
This is a relaxed, no-obligation call where we discuss what you’re struggling with and what you hope to achieve. You can ask any questions you have, and we can determine if hypnotherapy is the right fit for you.
If you would prefer, instead, to skip this call, that is absolutely fine: we'll talk during your Initial Hypnotherapy Session.
2. Your Initial Hypnotherapy session.
Here we'll chat, discuss your goals and 'll recommend a custom plan (typically 3 or 4 sessions, as many people find relief quickly). You'll also have your first hypnotherapy session with me.
3. Tailored Sessions
Whether in-person or online, each session is a safe space designed to use the power of your own mind to create profound, positive changes.
You’ll also receive guidance, a hypnosis MP3 recording, and practical techniques you can use between sessions to continue your progress.
