Group sessions are a more affordable way to stop smoking using hypnotherapy - this program is half the cost of my one-to-one program.
Finally, those of you attending the group will have a mutual understanding of what each other is going through, creating a feeling that you are not doing this by yourself!. You can gain support from each other both during the sessions and between (or after) sessions if you choose.
My 4-week Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy program allows you to become a non-smoker within three weeks. That's all it takes!
Sessions are held weekly, for four weeks.
Session 1
An introduction to hypnosis and Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy techniques. I will answer any questions you may have about hypnosis and we will complete a couple of helpful 'exercises'. This is followed by a relaxing hypnotherapy session that prepares you for becoming a non-smoker.

Following each session I will provide you with:
* a set of instructions for you to follow over the coming week. This allows you to gradually reduce your smoking habit.
* a hypnosis recording to listen to at home.
By the end of session 4, you will be a non-smoker.
