During our introductory session, I'll describe how Group Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss works and answer any questions you may have about hypnosis or hypnotherapy. Before we finish this session you will be guided into a wonderfully soothing and relaxed state of hypnosis.
There is no fee for this session.
At the end of this session, you will be able to sign up for the remaining 7-session weight loss program, if you so choose.
Following the introductory session, you will begin seven weeks of weight loss hypnotherapy.
Together we will explore your relationship with food, your goals, and learn how to achieve easy and sustainable weight loss. Each session will take on a different theme and involve both discussion and a focused hypnotherapy session.

Weeks two to eight: £15* each week for 7 weeks
