If you’re lying awake for hours, waking in the early hours, or dreading bedtime, you’re not alone. Insomnia can leave you exhausted, anxious, and unable to focus - but it doesn’t have to be that way.

 When sleep won’t come, your body and mind slip into a pattern of frustration and alertness.

 I use evidence-based hypnotherapy combined with practical tools for better sleep.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you awake — from stress or hormonal changes to habits that have crept in over time — and use targeted hypnosis to release those patterns.


You remain fully aware and in control throughout, simply guided into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind can absorb positive change.

Tired of lying awake with a busy mind that just won’t switch off?

 Join me for a focused, calming workshop designed to help you relearn how to unwind, relax and drift easily into deeper, more restorative sleep.


During this workshop, you'll: 

  • Learn simple, effective relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques to quieten a busy mind and prepare for sleep
  • Experience a wonderfully relaxing 'mental massage': a guided hypnosis session to help retrain your subconscious mind into more restorative sleep.
  • Receive a calming guided sleep hypnosis MP3 recording to listen to at home


Whether you have experienced hypnotherapy before, or whether this will be your first time, you'll leave the session relxaed and calm and confident of a better night's sleep.


Important notes:

  1. Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring along a bottle of water.
  2. Please do not consume caffeinated drinks or use nicotine for 2 hours before the session, since both substances are stimulants, and you are likely to find it more difficult to relax.
  3. We'll be using the village hall chairs. However, for the relaxing hypnotherapy session, you may find you can relax more when lying down, with your head supported. I have several yoga mats, but if you have your own, please bring it, along with a cushion/pillow.
