1. Pre-Session Anxiety Mapping Assessment

Before we start, we have a focused consultation, by phone or Zoom call, to thoroughly understand your specific fear. We pinpoint:

  • The true origin of your discomfort with flying.
  • The exact moments or triggers that currently make you anxious.
  • The underlying thoughts that keep the fear in place.

2. The Foundation Hypnotherapy Session (60 minutes)

3. Your bespoke Hypnotherapy Session for lasting change (90 minutes)

This is where the transformation happens. During this extended, dedicated in-person session, I gently guide your mind to create deep, lasting change. I use proven, integrative techniques to help both your conscious and subconscious mind shift quickly and comfortably away from fear and towards calm.


The Benefit: You experience a rapid, comfortable, and profound shift in how your mind responds to your flying triggers.

4. Your Personalised Calm-Boosting Audio

After the session, you receive a bespoke, soothing audio recording.


The Benefit: This is your personal mind-trainer, designed to reinforce your new calm response. It is especially useful for listening to in the days leading up to, and even during, your flight.

5. The ‘Calm in the Cabin’ Practical Toolkit

You receive easy-to-use, in-the-moment techniques to manage your thoughts and emotions during all stages of the flight.

6. OPTIONAL: Confidence Fortifier Follow-Up (45 Minutes)
