During your hypnotherapy for stress sessions, we can reprogram unwanted habits, beliefs, or behaviours that cause stress through relaxation, guided imagery, positive hypnotic suggestions, and other methods. Following the initial consultation, my clients typically require 3 (or 4) hypnotherapy sessions to treat their stress. However, the number of sessions you require will depend upon your needs and circumstances.
